Our Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit (ADR) Unit comprises experienced and skilled dispute and conflict management experts, including Arbitrators, Mediators, Conciliators and Negotiators. The ADR Unit consists of a fellow and members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom; appointed Arbitrators of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (‘WIPO’); Accredited Mediators of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, United Kingdom (CEDR) and trained Negotiators, who are able to assist our clients in minimizing their risks and the resolution of multifaceted commercial disputes, which arise in the course of business.

Our services include representing parties in Institutional and Ad-Hoc Arbitration Tribunals; Mediation Proceedings; Commissions of Inquiry, Governmental & Regulatory Agencies; presiding over disputes as Arbitrators and/or Mediators; and Negotiation of contracts, multi-faceted commercial disputes.

The Unit also undertakes consultancy and advisory services in negotiating, mediating and settlement of labour/industrial disputes; governmental and community matters, as well as disputes arising from commercial contracts, patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights etcetera.
