Counterfeiting
We have helped to stamp out the rampant case of counterfeiting in respect of a world famous alcoholic beverage. We have also handled several cases with respect to motor spare-parts; wood preservatives drugs; etc.

Passing-Off
We have recorded huge successes in cases of Passing-Off look-alikes/trade dress in respect of a well known Toothpaste; a line of beauty products for the woman of colour; the trade name and trading style of a U.K- based cosmetic giant; and several others in the food, confectionery, pharmaceutical and motor spare-parts industries, as well as in relation to household and cleaning products.

Infringement
We have successfully handled the infringement action filed on behalf of a well known "Black Consciousness" magazine amongst others.
