The intellectual property department consists of lawyers who are members of various international associations and institutions in the area of intellectual property e.g., the International Trademark Association (INTA), FICPI (Federation Internationale de Conseils en Propriete Industrielle), AIPPI (Association Internationale Pour la Protection de la Propriete Industrielle), the Institute of Trade Mark Agents (ITMA), Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group (PTMG), and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

We also provide ancillary services to our clients, such as ensuring compliance with statutory requirements particularly, registration of products with the Food & Drugs Council.

Recently, we have become involved in advising on the emerging issues of IP rights, in relation to The Internet. We now offer Domain Names registration services.
