Oluwaseun attended the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria where he obtained his LLB in 2001 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
In August 2003, he commenced his working career in the Law Firm of Adesokan & Co. where he practised briefly before joining the Legal Department of Leadbank Plc. He was with the Legal Department of Leadbank Plc for one and half years where he gained considerable experience in rendering legal advisory services on Banking regulations and policies, Company Secretarial functions as well as Investment Banking and Project Financing.
Oluwaseun joined the Litigation/Corporate & Commercial Department of Jackson, Etti & Edu as an Associate in 2004. To date, Oluwaseun is actively participating in the conduct of due diligence and reporting of same with regards to the Merger Project to which the Firm is acting as the Project Solicitor. His main areas of interest are in General Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Oil & Gas Law and Practice, Information Technology & Telecommunications Law as well as Maritime and Admiralty Law.
He attended a course on “Cabotage Finance in Nigeria ” organized by the Chamber of Olisa Agbakoba in 2004.
He is presently in conjunction with some other non-governmental bodies assisting in the review of the Nigeria Police Act.
Oluwaseun enjoys playing soccer and speaks Hausa and Yoruba fluently. |
